Exam Time Table

INFORMATION ABOUT GLS UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION

The End-semester University Examination will be of 70 marks and of 2 hours with maximum of 4 questions.

The End semester examination is compulsory for all the subjects. Those students who fail to score the required marks/grade will be required to appear for the examination again in the next semester.

The passing percentage will be 40% in the End semester examination.

Passing norm is minimum 40% of marks in each component of University exam, Internal exam and Continuous evaluation components for all subjects respectively.

Internal evaluation a. Continuous evaluation (Assignments, Book review/Project work/Review, Attendance, Objective Exam)( Passing marks 12 out of 30)
b. Internal examination(written test) (Passing marks 8 out of 20)

External evaluation End semester University Examination (Passing marks 20 out of 50) 50%

  1. All students have to compulsorily appear for Objective Examination. Objective type questions of total 30 marks in each subject will be asked in the examination. No Re-test will be conducted for Objective Examination. Objective Examination is a part of internal evaluation, if a student doesn’t appear in Objective Examination, he/she will lose the marks for the same.

  2. Wearing ID-Card is compulsory.

  3. Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in college campus. College will not be responsible for loss of mobile and will not entertain any complaint in this regard. In case any student is found carrying mobile, he/she will be fined Rupees 500 & mobile will not be returned till the completion of all examinations.
